Job summary

Hyatt House/Hyatt Place Houston Medical Center is seeking a House Attendant to maintain the cleanliness and appearance of public hotel areas. Responsibilities include deep cleaning of assigned areas, setting up lobby functions, delivering service items to guest rooms on request, and supporting front desk operations.

The role requires a High School diploma or equivalent and prior hotel or related field experience is preferred. Training in Avion Hospitality standards will be provided.

Qualifications

• Experience with hotel operations is a plus.
• Strong cleanliness standards and safety awareness.

Responsibilities

• Comply with Avion Hospitality standards and regulations to ensure safe, efficient hotel operations.
• Clean and buff floors in public areas daily per hotel standards.
• Shampoo carpets and furniture in public areas as needed.
• Assist guests with luggage in a friendly, efficient manner at check-in/out.
• Turn in keys and assignment sheets to supervisor at end of shift.
• Complete daily assignment checklist and report to supervisor.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by supervisor or manager.
