Job summary

Paycom - ATS is seeking a Guest Room Attendant to maintain cleanliness and order in assigned guest rooms, following the standards of the Director of Housekeeping. You will perform daily cleaning, stocking supplies, and respond to guest requests with a friendly, proactive approach.

At least a high school education and previous experience preferred. This non-exempt, on-site role reports to the Housekeeping Assistant Manager and the Director of Housekeeping, and requires a team-oriented attitude

Qualifications

• Pleasant personality and team orientation required.
• Strong cleaning skills and attention to detail.
• Willingness to serve guests and assist with requests.

Responsibilities

• Clean guest rooms daily per daily assignments.
• Service stay-over rooms and replenish towels and amenities.
• Clean check-out rooms with attention to detail and restock.
• Update room status via telephone upon start and finish.
• Provide items requested by guests and hand over left items to Lost and Found.
• Report maintenance issues to Engineering.
• Label and prepare chemical caddies per safety specs.
• Ensure doors are closed when leaving rooms for safety.
