Job summary

Azul Hospitality seeks a Public Area Attendant to maintain cleanliness of public areas at a Hilton Garden Inn property in Colorado Springs. You will clean lobbies, restrooms, corridors, lounges, and fitness spaces, ensuring high standards are met throughout the shift.

Responsibilities include operating a cleaning cart, assisting Room Attendants, and addressing guest inquiries with courtesy. Prior hotel experience is preferred; high school or equivalent education is required.

Qualifications

• Must be able to speak, read, write, and understand English.
• Good communication skills, both verbal and written.

Responsibilities

• Clean public areas, storage areas and administrative spaces.
• Clean rooms, lobby, restrooms, corridors, elevators, stairs, and fitness center.
• Operate cleaning cart with supplies for shift and keep work areas tidy.
• Assist Room Attendants and answer guest inquiries or requests.
• Perform deep cleaning tasks and special projects when needed.
• Receive and store linens and supplies.
• Remove trash and maintain cleanliness in outside areas.
