Job summary

Tin Lizzie Gaming Resort in Deadwood, SD is hiring a Public Area Attendant to maintain cleanliness and guest experience across the hotel and gaming environment.

You’ll sweep, mop, vacuum, and sanitize public spaces, lobby, fitness center, and stairwells while delivering excellent customer service and staying attentive to guests' needs. Flexibility for extended hours, weekends, and holidays is required.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Excellent guest service and hospitality skills.
• Self-motivated with excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to multi-task several activities and duties simultaneously.
• Ability to work well with people, in a team environment, and to communicate effectively.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including extended hours, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Sweeps and mops floors; vacuums carpets.
• Removes beverage cups and trash
• Cleans glass doors and windows.
• Cleans and sanitizes fitness center.
• Cleans hotel lobby along with stairwells.
• Promotes and maintains the highest level of customer service to all guests while staying alert to their needs.
• Other duties may be assigned.
