Job summary

Fontainebleau Las Vegas, LLC is seeking a PAD Attendant to clean and service assigned public areas to hotel standards, ensuring a clean, safe, and attractive environment for our Guests. The role requires attention to detail and a strong commitment to guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities include floor care, trash removal, adherence to cleaning procedures, daily shift meetings, and delivering courteous service.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to read, write and communicate verbally in English.
• Willing to work holidays, nights and weekends.
• Knowledge of OSHA regulations.

Responsibilities

• Clean, sanitize, and service assigned public areas (lobby, casino, elevators, public area restrooms, and other public areas).
• Perform floor care to include sweeping and mopping floors and stairwells; sealing, waxing, and polishing tile, marble, and brass; cleaning and shampooing carpets; and vacuuming hallways and offices.
• Clean ashtrays and remove trash from designated areas and dispose accordingly.
• Adhere to cleaning procedures and instructions for use of cleaning agents.
• Service and maintain all public areas as assigned and instructed.
• Attend daily meetings at the start of each shift.
• Provide exceptional, courteous, friendly service to guests and fellow Members that differentiates us from the competition.
• Contact the manager on duty on any guest-related complaints.
• Always maintain supplies in a neat orderly manner.
• Maintain full knowledge and understanding of Company and departmental rules and regulations.
• Promote positive guest relations through prompt, courteous, and efficient service.
• Temporary or permanent duties and responsibilities may be added to or modified as deemed necessary
