Job summary

The American Club in Kohler, WI is seeking a Public Area Attendant to maintain cleanliness of public spaces and support guest areas. This onsite role involves cleaning lounges, hallways, restrooms, dining and banquet spaces, and assisting guests in public areas.

Candidates should be prepared to be on their feet for long periods and able to lift up to 50 pounds. Employment is casual/seasonal with shifts from early morning to evening, and weekend availability is required.

Qualifications

• Prior hotel/lodging experience is helpful, but not necessary.
• Must be on their feet for most of the day and able to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship now or in the future.

Responsibilities

• Clean public sitting rooms, hallways and restrooms throughout the hotel.
• Clean and maintain restaurants and banquet halls.
• Sweep and vacuum carpets and area rugs; polish furniture and fixtures.
• Vacuum and polish elevators; keep the front of the hotel tidy.
• Perform daily tasks for restrooms, lifts, back areas, terrace, etc.
• Report maintenance to supervisor promptly.
