Responsibilities

• Walk assigned floors at beginning and end of shift; empty trash and service items.
• Remove trash and linens and note areas needing cleaning.
• Clean all public areas per procedures and safety rules (hallways, elevators, service areas, stairs).
• Stock linen and supplies; assist other housekeeping roles as needed.
• Report missing items or damage to supervisor.
• Respond to guest requests and resolve issues in a hospitable manner.
