Schulte Hospitality Group is seeking a dynamic Public Area Attendant to join our team. This role emphasizes guest service, teamwork, and flexible, reliable daily shifts in a fast-paced hotel environment.

The position requires at least a high school education and 1 year in housekeeping, with a focus on keeping public areas pristine and well-maintained for all guests and associates.

Qualifications

• High School education is required.
• At least 1 year in a housekeeping role.
• Outgoing personality with strong communication.
• Team player focused on guest satisfaction.

Responsabilités

• Clean and maintain all hotel public areas (restrooms, hallways, stairwells) to quality standards.
• Clean bathrooms, dust furniture and pictures, vacuum, sweep and mop floors.
• Empty carts of soiled linen and dispose trash.
• Maintain communication on two-way radio and prioritize tasks.
• Keep lobby, elevators, stairways, hallways, and Front Desk area clean and debris-free.
• Check public restrooms hourly and keep them neat.
• Deliver items to rooms and assist with cleaning guest rooms as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Cleans and maintains all hotel public areas, including restrooms, hallways, stairwells, etc. to meet quality standards
• Cleans bathrooms, dusts furniture and pictures, vacuums, sweeps and mops floors
• Empties carts of soiled linen and disposes trash
• Maintains efficient communication on two-way radio to ensure that tasks are prioritized.
• Maintains lobby, elevators, stairways, hallways, and Front Desk area to assure they are clean, neat and free of all rubbish and debris.
• Cleans and maintains public restrooms in a neat and orderly fashion to provide fresh and attractive facilities for guests. Restrooms must also be checked on once an hour to assure they remain neat and clean.
• Removes spots, insects and debris, polishes fixtures and cleans ashtrays
• Delivers items to rooms upon request and assists in cleaning guest rooms as needed.
• Perform various other duties as assigned.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

• Minimum of High School education
• Minimum of one (1) year in Housekeeping role

• Ability to exceed expectations of guests
