WE LOVE OUR WORK.

• Performs general cleaning duties in public areas of the casino, including gaming floors, banquet rooms, restaurants, retail shops, museum, elevators, escalators, and back-of-house locations such as locker rooms and offices.
• Responsible for carpet cleaning in halls and corridors, including spot cleaning and shampooing with specialized equipment, as directed.
• Cleans hard floor surfaces through dust mopping, wet mopping, and rinsing, using appropriate equipment.
• Performs dusting and polishing of slot machines, artwork, walls, furniture, and fixtures to high standards.
• Performs window and door cleaning using suitable tools to meet high standards.
• Removes trash and debris, cleans trash cans in assigned zones.
• Responds promptly to spills, accidents, or debris.
• Interacts with guests and staff in a friendly, helpful manner, providing accurate information about our property and services.
• Maintains a clean work area, ensuring equipment and materials are stored safely and tidily.

• Ability to interpret safety rules, operating, and maintenance instructions.
• Capable of presenting information and answering questions from employees and guests.

• Must qualify for a license with the Pennsylvania State Racing Commission and meet credentialing requirements of the Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board.

The physical demands include:

• Walking approximately 40% of the time.
• Standing about 30% of the time.
• Bending and lifting about 30% of the time.
• Climbing heights over 10 feet.
• Lifting/moving up to 75 lbs.
• Pushing and pulling carts and equipment weighing up to 75 lbs. regularly.
