PENN Entertainment is seeking a housekeeping-oriented team member to perform cleaning duties across carpets, floors, fixtures, and common areas. You will engage with guests and staff, providing helpful information about the property and services while maintaining safety and cleanliness standards.

• Must be able to read and write to facilitate communication.

Responsibilities

• Sweeps and vacuum carpets and floors.
• Mops floors.
• Dusts and polishes fixtures, furniture and flooring.
• Clean windows and doors.
• Wash and wipe down stairwells, base boards, walls, waste cans and other items as assigned.
• Remove trash cans and debris.
• Prompt attention to spills, accidents or debris.
• Interact with guests and staff in a pleasant and helpful manner with knowledge about the property and services.
• Maintain a clean working area and ensure equipment is stored safely.
