Job summary

Auberge Resorts Collection in Dallas (The Knox, Auberge Collection) seeks a Public Area Attendant to maintain pristine guest spaces and ensure every corner radiates comfort and warmth for our guests.

You will focus on high-traffic areas, assist in the Residents Lounge, and uphold luxury standards across all assigned areas. Prior housekeeping experience in a luxury setting is highly valued.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year housekeeping experience.
• Able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
• Prior experience in a luxury hotel or luxury residences is preferred.
• Must be able to communicate effectively and professionally with guests and team members.

Responsibilities

• Prioritize cleaning of high-touch surfaces and high-traffic zones.
• Inspect for maintenance issues and report damages.
• Ensure compliance with cleanliness standards and policies.
• Assist with beverage and snack service in the Residents Lounge.
• Replenish supplies and maintain cleanliness of tables, counters, appliances, and service stations.
• Provide light service in the Residents Lounge when residents are present.
• Monitor ambiance to maintain a luxurious environment.

• Monitor lighting, scent, music, and overall ambiance to maintain a consistent luxury environment.
