ABOUT OUR ROLE

Our Housekeeping Team is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of the entire resort with precise attention to detail. Public Area Attendants work diligently to ensure that the cleanliness of all public areas, including, but not limited to: Lobby, Restrooms, Meeting Spaces are of the highest quality.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

• Provide excellent and consistent cleaning service to all guests during the shift.
• Assist guests with questions and requests when approached by being aware of events and activities available at the resort.
• Maintain good time management and always complete tasks with a sense of urgency.
• Promptly clean and sanitize all public areas on an hourly routine.
• Actively follow safety and security procedures.
• Recognize and dispatch any maintenance items or safety hazards to the appropriate team member.

QUALIFICATIONS

Minimum Qualifications:

• Ability to accurately and efficiently report information.
• Maintain a neat and clean personal appearance and work environment at all times.
• Physical stamina and mobility, including ability to work in hot and cold conditions, lift, reach, kneel, and/or bend for up to eight hours a day.
• Flexibility to work weekdays, weekends, and holidays.
• 1+ years of cleaning experience. Experience in a hotel or resort setting is preferred.

EMPLOYMENT CONDITIONS

• Work safely to prevent on-the-job accidents and injuries, wear protective equipment as required.
• Work safely to ensure company equipment is secure.
• Complete required training programs.
• Work hours may include a nonstandard workweek, overtime, and various shift work as needed.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

• Must be able to remain upright continuously on a firm surface for an 8–10-hour shift.
• Must be able to move at least 20 pounds up to 5 feet high without another person's aid.
• Requires manual dexterity, grasping, writing, standing, sitting, walking, repetitive motions, bending, and climbing.
• Must be able to ascend to 12 feet in height on a ladder.
• Must be able to position oneself appropriately to efficiently make beds, carry trash, vacuum, sweep, dust and be able to assist guests with luggage and set up event rooms.

SCHEDULE

• Hospitality demands a flexible schedule that may require extended hours as the business requires coverage including seasonality– on any day at any hour, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
