Job Description Summary

The Public Area Attendant cleans and services the assigned public areas according to established quality standards and procedures.

Responsibilities

1. Clean and service assigned areas such as restrooms, lobby, public phone areas, vending areas, employee break areas, and restrooms, following standards and procedures.
2. Strip and wax floors, clean and polish furniture, railings, table tops, and mirrors in assigned areas.
3. Report repairs or unsafe conditions to supervisor.
4. Respond to guest complaints and requests to ensure satisfaction.
5. Monitor supplies and amenities, minimize waste, and manage lost and found items.
6. Promote teamwork and coordinate with other departments.
7. Assist with deep cleaning projects and other duties as assigned.

Additional Information

Pay range: $24.90 - $25.90, following contract requirements.
