Job summary

Waterford Hotel Group seeks a 2nd Shift Houseperson / Public Area Attendant to maintain the cleanliness and appearance of the hotel’s public spaces and assist with guest requests.

In this hands-on role you will support Room Attendants and Housekeeping, ensuring a positive guest experience. A strong attention to detail and ability to work with teams across departments are essential responsibilities for this position.

Qualifications

• Experience in housekeeping or guest services preferred.
• Attention to cleanliness and detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Flexible schedule including mornings/evenings/weekends/holidays.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness of hotel public areas (lobbies, corridors, restrooms).
• Assist with guest requests and deliveries of supplies.
• Support Housekeeping operations and Room Attendants as needed.
• Follow safety procedures and report maintenance concerns.
