Job summary

Waterford Hotel Group is seeking a 2nd Shift Houseperson / Public Area Attendant to maintain the cleanliness and appearance of the hotel’s public spaces and to assist with housekeeping operations.

In this hands-on role you will respond to guest requests, deliver supplies to guestrooms, and support Room Attendants and engineering as needed. A flexible schedule including mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays is required.

Qualifications

• Experience in housekeeping or guest services preferred but not required.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Strong cleanliness and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness of all public hotel areas during the shift.
• Respond to guest requests and deliver supplies to guestrooms.
• Assist with linen, supplies, and housekeeping support as needed.
• Work collaboratively with other hotel departments to ensure guest satisfaction.
