Public Area Attendant - Hilton Salt Lake City Center (Finance)

The Hilton Salt Lake City Center is seeking a Public Area Attendant to join our Housekeeping Team. Our hotel features 499 rooms and 24,000 square feet of conference space, located centrally in Salt Lake City, near Salt Palace Convention Center, City Creek Center mall, and Temple Square. Outdoor activities such as hiking, biking, climbing, and skiing are also accessible nearby.

Classification: Full-Time

Shift: Various - must be available to work weekends, weekdays, and holidays

What will I be doing?

As a Public Area Attendant, your responsibilities include cleaning and maintaining all public areas of the hotel and responding to guest requests to ensure outstanding service and profitability. Your tasks will include:

• Cleaning designated areas such as restrooms, public spaces, hallways, stairwells, elevators, offices, and conference rooms
• Performing tasks like dusting, polishing, vacuuming, mopping, carpet shampooing, window washing, trash disposal, floor waxing, and debris removal
• Greeting guests warmly
• Executing deep cleaning and special projects as needed, such as mattress flipping or furniture moves
• Assisting with guest requests and cleaning guest rooms when necessary
