Job summary

Paycom - ATS is seeking a dedicated housekeeping professional to maintain the casino premises, indoor and outdoor areas, and restrooms. You will perform floor care, manage equipment, and ensure a clean, welcoming environment for guests and staff.

The role requires clear English communication, physical ability to stand and walk long distances, and adherence to all internal controls and SOPs. Prior custodial experience is preferred, with on-site duties in Rancho Mirage, California.

Responsibilities

• Clean casino interiors and restrooms thoroughly.
• Perform general floor care (strip, wax, sweep, mop, vacuum, carpet cleaning).
• Remove litter from parking lots and nearby areas on casino property.
• Maintain equipment and perform daily checks before and after shift.
• Assist in moving storage items, furniture, and supplies as needed.
• Provide excellent guest service to guests and internal clients.
