Job summary

Lm Services Corporation Group is seeking a dedicated cleaner for Marriott St Louis Airport in St. Louis, MO. The role focuses on delivering exceptional guest experiences through meticulous cleaning and upkeep of the facility.

You will perform restroom sanitation, supply stocking, and operate cleaning equipment while adhering to policy standards and teamwork principles to ensure a safe, welcoming environment for all guests.

Responsibilities

• Provide unique and memorable experiences to guests.
• Keep the facility clean, safe and presented to high standards.
• Clean restrooms including toilets, sinks, urinals, walls, mirrors and floors with cleaning agents.
• Organize and replenish guest restroom amenities.
• Operate mechanized cleaning equipment such as vacuums, polishers, buffers.
• Organize and maintain supply inventory.
• Dust, polish and clean signage, windows and carpets.
• Empty trash and sanitary receptacles and pick up trash within the facility.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures.
• Strive to achieve customer satisfaction KPIs and guest expectations.
• Observe and report daily facility conditions to the Guest Experience Manager and Supervisor.
• Attend training programs to achieve the best guest experience.
• Work closely with all departments to foster an outstanding guest experience.
• Be part of a team that motivates and inspires through respect and communication.
• Assist other departments as required.
• Monitor and report any animal care or welfare concerns to Life Sciences Department.
• Other duties as assigned by the Guest Experience Manager.

• Ensure the facility is clean, safe and presented to the highest of standards.
• Maintain cleanliness of the restrooms including toilets, sinks, urinals, walls, mirrors, tiles, counters, stalls, vents and/or floors with cleaning agents.
• Organize and replenish guest restroom amenities.
• Operate mechanized cleaning equipment such as vacuums, polishers, buffers, etc.
• Organize and maintain supply inventory.
• Dust, polish and clean signage, windows, acrylic and carpets.
• Empty trash cans and sanitary receptacles as well as pick up trash within the facility.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures.
• Strive to achieve customer satisfaction KPIs in order to meet and exceed guest expectations.
• Observe and report daily facility conditions and situations to the Guest Experience Manager and Supervisor.
• Attend training programs to achieve the best guest experience.
