Noelle in Nashville seeks a Public Area Attendant to maintain the lobby and public spaces, assisting guests with directions and requests while upholding a welcoming image of the property.

You will clean lobby areas and restrooms, dispose of trash, deliver supplies to guest rooms, and vacuum public areas. A friendly, detail-oriented, guest-first attitude is essential, with PM availability required.

Responsabilités

• Provide excellent guest service by giving directions, recommendations, or answering questions.
• Keep lobby restrooms and public areas clean and stocked (dusting, mopping, soap).
• Collect and dispose of trash and transport recyclables.
• Deliver towels, toiletries, or supplies to guest rooms as needed.
• Vacuum and maintain cleanliness of public areas.

Noelle serves as a gathering place for some of the city's most interesting voices and makers as it continues to contribute to the spirit that makes it so unique.

The Public Area Attendant has a keen eye for attention to detail and treats all public spaces as their own home. This team member promotes a positive image of the property to guests and must be pleasant, honest, friendly and should also be able to address guest requests and issues that arise. Their primary role is to keep all lobbies and public amenities such as lobby restrooms, front desk, and offices neat and tidy.

Requested Tasks

• Provide great customer service to guests by giving directions, making recommendations, or answer other questions guests may have
• Ensure cleanliness of lobby restrooms by frequently mopping dusting, refilling paper needs, and replenishing soap
• Collect and dispose of trash and transport recyclable items to the appropriate location
• Deliver towels, toiletries, or other items to guest rooms, as needed
• Vacuum public areas and maintain cleanliness standards
