Job description

Watermark BR is seeking a full-time Public Space Attendant (Lobby Attendant) reporting to the Director of Housekeeping. The role involves maintaining high standards in lobby areas, public restrooms, and performing Room Attendant duties as needed. A high school diploma or equivalent is required; hotel experience is preferred.

Key responsibilities include:

1. Exerting medium work, including lifting up to 50 pounds, and standing throughout the shift.
2. Providing friendly, service-oriented interactions with guests and staff.
3. Maintaining personal appearance and grooming standards, including proper uniform and nametag.
4. Assisting with guest room cleaning procedures if needed.
5. Delivering clean linen to assigned sections and collecting dirty linen or trash as necessary.
6. Disposing of trash in outside dumpsters according to hotel procedures.
7. Vacuuming corridors and keeping public areas and closets tidy.
8. Ensuring cleanliness and sanitation in public restrooms.
