Job summary

DCS Corp seeks a Public Affairs Specialist to support the C3BM division at Wright-Patterson AFB, Dayton, OH. The role focuses on strategic communications, public affairs, outreach, and event planning to strengthen engagement with government, industry, academia, and international partners.

The specialist will draft press materials, manage communications content, and coordinate high-visibility events, conferences, and campaigns aligned with government leadership and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• U.S. Citizenship is required.
• Must have and maintain a Top Secret Level Clearance with current SCI eligibility.
• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in a related field with 12+ years of experience and 3+ years in the DoD.
• Extensive experience in DoD public affairs, protocol, and event management.
• Excellent writing and communication skills for press releases, articles, and speeches across multiple media.
• Knowledge of agency program planning, funding, and management information systems.
• Travel may be required at the discretion of the customer.

Responsibilities

• Support the planning and execution of strategic programs.
• Manage communications content to ensure consistency across the division.
• Plan, coordinate, and execute special events, ceremonies, and official visits.
• Support division conference exhibit activities.
• Contribute to division strategic initiatives, including drafting press releases and articles, and leading design for major events and conferences.
• Coordinate community and stakeholder relations and lead execution of the division’s strategic community outreach plan to stakeholders.
