• Support integrated planning, communication, and execution of events with internal teams, community partners, nonprofits, and key stakeholders.
• Coordinate VIP and stakeholder visits, including behind-the-scenes experiences.
• Partner with Government Relations and Corporate Citizenship teams to support community programs, sponsorships, and nonprofit partnerships.
• Support department-wide initiatives through project coordination, event planning, and stakeholder engagement.
• Respond to inquiries and move projects across teams while building relationships.
• Support the Ambassador Program through content creation, communications, and event coordination.
