Kentucky Farm Bureau Federation in Louisville, KY is offering a May–July 2027 internship with a stipend of $5,000, paid as $500 per week for 10 weeks, on-site at the KFB State Office.

Responsibilities include attending district policy development meetings, attending Legislative Interim Joint Committee Meetings, researching regulatory language, and assisting with the 2027 Young Farmer Outing and the Ham Breakfast, plus creating Generation Bridge resources.

Qualificações

• Junior, Senior or Graduate School.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Strong writing, communication, and oral skills.

Compensation: A stipend of $5,000, to be paid at a rate of $500 per week for a total of 10 weeks

Location: On-site at KFB State Office in Louisville, KY

Term: May 2027 to July 2027

Internal Relationships:

• Reports to the Director, Public Affairs Division.

External Relationships:

• Has contact with various Kentucky Farm Bureau staff and affiliate company personnel.
• Develops and maintains contacts with Kentucky Farm Bureau volunteer leaders.

Time Requirements:

• Approximately 20-30 hours per week.
