Kentucky Farm Bureau Federation is seeking a team-oriented intern for May–July 2027. Location is on-site at the KFB State Office in Louisville, KY. The stipend is $5,000 total, paid as $500 per week over 10 weeks. The role reports to the Director, Organization, Membership, & Support Services.

Responsibilities include assisting with CRM software, membership duties, meeting material preparation, and support for various initiatives including scholarships and teacher workshops.

Qualifications

• Current student (undergrad or grad) or recent graduate.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.

Internal Relationships

• Reports to the Director, Organization, Membership, and Support Services Division.


• Works with all KFB staff.

External Relationships

• Has contact with various Kentucky Farm Bureau staff and affiliate company personnel.


• Develops and maintains contacts with Kentucky Farm Bureau volunteer leaders and members of the media.

Qualifications

• Junior, Senior or Graduate School.


• Must have reliable transportation.


• Strong written and oral communication skills.

Time Requirements

• Available May – July 2027.


• Approximately 20-30 hours per week.


• Some evening work and in-state travel possible.
