Qualifications

• PhD or Doctorate in Public Administration or related field.
• Evidence of teaching excellence and scholarship.
• Experience with core/public administration courses and electives.
• Ability to teach in face-to-face, hybrid and online formats.
• Record of scholarly publications in peer-reviewed journals.
• Ability to secure external funding.
• Commitment to mentoring students (internships, theses).
• Professional development and service to the field.
• Contribution to NASPAA standards and program assessment.
• Strong communication and collaboration with faculty, students and external stakeholders.
• Commitment to public service and community engagement.

Responsibilities
