No prior adjusting experience is required as we provide comprehensive training and licensing support, with exposure to residential and commercial losses and opportunities for fieldwork.

Qualifications

• No prior adjusting experience required; we provide comprehensive training and mentorship.
• Prior experience in construction, real estate, restoration, or customer service is a plus

Responsibilities

• Assist in inspecting residential and commercial property damage
• Learn to interpret insurance policies and estimate losses
• Support senior adjusters in preparing claims documentation
• Communicate with clients, contractors, and insurance carriers
• Deliver exceptional customer service during stressful situations
