Job summary

Haven is seeking a friendly Pub Team Member for JD Wetherspoon operations. You’ll welcome guests, take orders, and deliver drinks and meals while maintaining a clean, hospitable venue. Strong guest focus and team collaboration are essential in a fast-paced setting.

Ideal candidates enjoy working evenings, weekends, and holidays, with training provided. Applicants must be 18+ to sell alcohol and be ready to contribute to a welcoming, high-energy customer experience.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in pub/restaurant or customer service is desirable but training will be provided.
• Strong communication and a guest-focused attitude.
• Ability to work efficiently in a busy environment.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and bank holidays.
