Qualifications

• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.

• Prefer six months of experience in a retail environment.
• Prefer prior work experience with Walgreens.
• Prefer good math skills for counting, measuring and weighing medications.
• Prefer knowledge of store inventory control.
• Prefer PTCB certification.

Responsibilities

• Under supervision by the pharmacist, assist in the practice of pharmacy and handle patient and drug information.
• Enter prescriptions, verify accuracy, and support workflow in pharmacy systems.
• Maintain customer service standards to deliver a distinctive Walgreens experience.
• Assist with inventory management and ensure adequate supplies in the pharmacy.
