Responsibilities

• Enter patient and drug information in pharmacy systems, process prescriptions, and assist with third party claims.
• Maintain customer experience by greeting customers, offering help, and resolving issues.
• Assist with inventory management, cash handling, and store operations.
• Support clinical services coordination and external providers as needed.
• Contribute to maintaining a clean, stocked, and compliant Pharmacy Department environment.
