Job summary

Walgreen Co. is seeking a front-end and pharmacy-support associate to engage customers, ring up purchases, and assist pharmacists with prescription processing. You will help maintain accurate records, stock areas, and provide a friendly, efficient shopping experience.

This role requires flexible scheduling, a commitment to customer service, and adherence to pharmacy policies and safety standards. Pharmacy-related duties are performed under supervision to support patient care and store operations.

Qualifications

• Fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Willing to work flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
• Six months of experience in a retail environment preferred.
• Prior Walgreens experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers, delivering courteous, efficient checkout service.
• Assist pharmacist under supervision with pharmacy tasks and entry of patient information.
• Process prescriptions and handle clerical duties for pharmacy operations.
• Maintain clean, stocked counters and shelves and monitor inventory.
• Provide photo area services and assist web-pickup orders as needed.
• Support pharmacy staff with workflow and adherence to company policies.
