Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or STEM field or equivalent experience.
• Three years of experience in configuration or change management.
• Knowledge of CM processes, planning, controls, and regulatory requirements.
• Intermediate Microsoft 365 and familiarity with PLM tools.

Responsibilities

• Provide Level 1 and Level 2 troubleshooting for PLM and CM activities.
• Track, document, and complete change requests and updates in CM systems.
• Develop CM policies, procedures, and workflows for changes and releases.
• Support baseline configuration items for moderately complex systems.
• Facilitate meetings, distribute action items, and ensure completion.
• Participate in CAB as liaison on PTC interoperability; promote safety.
