As a PTA at PRO-PT, you will deliver hands-on, evidence-based therapy under supervision, collaborate with PTs, monitor progress, and maintain compliant documentation.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing or graduates of CAPTE-accredited PTA program
• California Physical Therapist Assistant license current or pending
• BLS certification or ability to obtain prior to patient care

Responsibilities

• Deliver hands-on, evidence-based treatment under the direction of a Physical Therapist.
• Monitor patient progress and motivate patients throughout recovery.
• Collaborate with PTs and team members to deliver the Second-to-None experience.
• Maintain accurate, timely and compliant clinical documentation.
• Expand expertise through continuing education and mentorship.
