Momentum Physical Therapy in Pueblo, CO is seeking a Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) to join a locally owned, Best-of-Pueblo-2024 practice. You will deliver hands-on care with clinical autonomy, blending manual therapy with evidence-based exercise to help patients move pain-free again.

Compensation ranges from $55,000 to $65,000 per year, with mentorship and growth toward the upper end. The package includes a $5,000 sign-on bonus, unlimited CE funds plus a $500 travel stipend, 17 PTO days,

Qualifications

• PTA degree from an accredited program.
• Colorado PTA license or eligibility.
• New grads welcome; prior experience is helpful but not required.
• Strong communication skills to put patients at ease.
• Interest in growing into a leadership role.
• Current CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Deliver hands-on interventions through manual therapy and therapeutic exercise.
• Teach patients and families about recovery, home exercise, and injury prevention.
• Track progress and adjust plans as patients improve.
• Collaborate with other healthcare providers for comprehensive care.
• Document in HIPAA-compliant systems; leverage AI tools to reduce paperwork.
