Job summary

Centra Healthcare Solutions is seeking an experienced or newly graduated Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) for a contract assignment in Georgia. The PTA will work under the supervision of a Registered or Licensed Physical Therapist to help improve mobility and relieve pain and disability caused by disease or injury.

Responsibilities include executing treatments such as massages, electrical stimulation, paraffin baths, hot and cold packs, ultrasound, and other prescribed interventions, while

Qualifications

• Must have earned an Associates degree from an accredited school.
• Current state license as a Physical Therapist Assistant / PTA or in the process of licensure.
• Current CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled physical therapy services/interventions under supervision of a PT.
• Implement and modify the plan of treatment under supervision of a PT.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to meet patient goals.
