Qualifications

• Current licensure as a Physical Therapist Assistant in the state practicing.
• Current CPR certification and AED training
• Minimum of 2 years outpatient experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Providing exceptional patient care and service
• Progressing patient’s plan of care established by the physical therapist
• Periodic progress notes and discharge summaries after consulting with supervising PT
• Frequent communication with supervising PT regarding treatment plan and follow-up
• Supervising rehabilitation aides with patient care and staff as needed
• Community services such as health fairs, screenings, and events participation
