Job summary

HealthPro Heritage has a great Full-time Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) position available at The Hebrew Home- Riverdale, NY (CCRC). Join our collaborative rehabilitation team and make a meaningful difference in the lives of our residents while working alongside experienced therapy professionals.

Responsibilities include implementing treatment plans, direct patient care, progress documentation, and collaboration with Physical Therapists and staff.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in PTA from accredited program.
• Valid state licensure or license eligible.
• Strong assessment, diagnostic, and therapeutic abilities with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist in implementing treatment plans.
• Provide direct patient care including exercises, manual therapy, and modalities.
• Monitor and document patient progress, educate patients and families on protocols.
• Collaborate with Physical Therapists and staff to ensure coordinated care.
