Job summary

Tender Touch Rehab Services, part of Enhance Therapies, is hiring a Physical Therapist Assistant for a full-time position in a SNF/long-term care setting. You will provide therapy under supervision, help identify suitable patients, and coordinate with supervising PT while maintaining regulatory documentation.

Qualifications

• Must be a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant to apply.
• Associate’s degree from an APTA-accredited PTA program; current PTA license in state of practice.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy treatments under supervision of a licensed PTA.
• Assist in identifying appropriate patients for therapy and coordinate with the PT for evaluation and referral.
• Collaborate with team to ensure quality outcomes and maintain documentation to meet regulatory requirements.
• Ensure all required physician orders are obtained and up to date.
