Qualifications

• Licensed in the state(s) where services are being provided as a Certified Physical Therapist Assistant.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients for rehabilitation services within 24 to 48 hours of physician’s orders.
• Develop effective treatment plans.
• Provide treatment according to the treatment plan of care.
• Supervise Licensed Physical Therapy Assistants in the delivery of clinical services.
• Communicate with health team members, patients, and families regarding patient progress.
• Participate in Plan of Care Meetings and Discharge planning.
