Preferred Therapy Solutions is hiring a full-time Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) in Marlborough, MA. We offer a $5,000 sign-on bonus and a comprehensive benefits package, including medical/dental/vision, Rx, H.S.A., disability and life insurance, CE opportunities, and a 401(k) with employer match.

Our 144-bed sub-acute/skilled nursing facility emphasizes geriatric care with an expansive rehab gym and strong interdisciplinary collaboration.

Qualifications

• Must have graduated from a 2 year accredited PTA program, passed state boards or be eligible and hold a current valid MA PTA license.
• Provide comprehensive and compassionate therapy services in a sub-acute/skilled nursing facility.
• Work collaboratively with other rehab therapists and nursing staff in a supportive team environment.
• Possess a current Physical Therapy Assistant license or be license eligible to practice in the state employed.
• Demonstrate strong computer skills with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and have experience with electronic documentation.
• Demonstrate good attention to detail and timeliness with documentation.
