Preferred Therapy Solutions, LLC in Portland, ME is seeking a full-time Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) for our sub-acute/skilled nursing rehab department. You will work with rehab therapists and nursing staff to deliver compassionate therapy and help residents reach their highest level of independence.

The ideal candidate holds a current PTA license (or is license-eligible in ME) and demonstrates strong documentation skills using electronic systems.

Qualifications

• Must hold a current Physical Therapy Assistant license or be license eligible in ME.
• Experience in sub-acute or skilled nursing settings preferred.
• Strong documentation skills and timeliness using electronic systems.
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative rehab team.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive therapy services in a sub-acute/skilled nursing facility.
• Collaborate with rehab therapists and nursing staff in a supportive team setting.
• Maintain accurate documentation and participate in care planning.
• Support flexible scheduling to meet patient needs.
