Job summary

Preferred Therapy Solutions, LLC is seeking a Per-Diem Physical Therapy Assistant to join our sub-acute/skilled nursing rehab program in Bangor, Maine. You will provide comprehensive therapy services and collaborate with rehab therapists and nursing staff to support resident independence.

The ideal candidate holds a PTA license (or is license-eligible in ME), has strong computer skills (Outlook, Word, Excel) and experience with electronic documentation.

Qualifications

• Current Physical Therapy Assistant license or license eligible in ME.
• Proficient with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and electronic documentation.
• Strong team player with attention to detail and timeliness.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive therapy services in a sub-acute/skilled nursing facility.
• Collaborate with rehab therapists and nursing staff in a team setting.
• Maintain accurate documentation and timely reporting.
