P0001 Preferred Therapy Solutions, LLC is seeking a Part-Time Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) for two sub-acute/skilled nursing rehab departments in Brattleboro, VT. The role requires an active VT PTA license or eligibility and SNF experience in a busy five-star facility.

You will join a supportive team, utilize electronic documentation, and maintain strong communication with therapists and nursing staff. Flexible scheduling is offered along with competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a 2-year accredited PTA program.
• Current VT PTA license or eligibility for licensure.
• SNF/sub-acute experience preferred.
• Proficient with Outlook, Word, Excel and electronic documentation.
• Strong attention to detail and timely documentation.
• Team player with flexible hours.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive therapy services in a sub-acute/SNF setting.
• Collaborate with rehab therapists and nursing staff in a team environment.
