Job summary

Center at Centerplace is seeking a Physical Therapy Assistant to join our skilled nursing and rehabilitation center. The PTA will work with a dynamic therapy team to provide sub-acute inpatient therapy to patients with orthopedic, neurological, cardiopulmonary, and complex medical conditions.

This is a PRN position with a competitive hourly salary. The PTA must be a graduate of an accredited PTA program, hold current state licensure, and possess strong communication and problem-solving skills,

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited PTA program, new grads welcome.
• Current state licensure as a PTA.
• Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.
• Results-oriented with strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• CPR Certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct physical therapy services under the supervision of a licensed PT.
• Deliver sub-acute inpatient therapy to a diverse patient population.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary therapy team to achieve patient goals.
