Centra Healthcare Solutions is seeking an experienced Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) licensed or in the immediate process, and qualifies, of obtaining Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) licensure in the state of IL to work in the specialty area of SNF / LTC.

This is a contract position with a 5x8 days schedule. The role carries accountability for aligning with the organization’s vision, values, mission and goals in daily performance.

• 1 year of recent PTA experience in SNF/LTC.
• Current PTA license in IL or eligible to obtain.
