Job summary

Centra Healthcare Solutions is seeking an experienced Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) licensed or in the process of obtaining licensure in OH to work in SNF/LTC settings. This is a contract position with days schedule.

The PTA will be responsible for delivering quality care and aligning practice with the organization's mission. Minimum requirements include 1 year of recent PTA experience in SNF/LTC and a current OH PTA license or eligibility.
