Job summary

Relient Health is seeking a compassionate Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) for a Skilled Nursing Facility in Mount Olive, NC. This full-time role offers stable placement, competitive pay, and a supportive rehab team focused on patient independence.

New grads welcome; you will work under a licensed PT, develop treatment plans, document progress in EMR, and collaborate with therapists and nursing staff to help patients regain mobility.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program.
• Current NC license (or eligibility to obtain).
• New grads and experienced PTAs welcome!
• Strong communication, documentation, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled therapy services under the direction of a licensed Physical Therapist
• Assist in developing and implementing individualized treatment plans
• Document patient progress using EMR systems
• Foster strong communication with PTs, OTs, SLPs, and nursing staff
• Promote patient independence and mobility
