Job summary

Tender Touch Rehab Services in Delaware is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant to join our SNF team on a full-time basis, with a sign-on bonus.

You will provide PT treatments under supervision, help identify suitable patients, coordinate with the PT, maintain documentation, and ensure compliance with orders. Qualifications

• Associate’s degree from an APTA-accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program.
• Current license as Physical Therapist Assistant in the state of practice.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy treatments under supervision of a licensed PT.
• Assist in identifying appropriate patients for therapy and coordinate with PT.
• Collaborate with team to ensure quality outcomes.
• Maintain documentation to meet regulatory requirements.
• Ensure all required physician orders are obtained and up to date.
