Tender Touch Rehab Services is actively hiring a Physical Therapist Assistant for SNF settings in Delaware. This full-time role offers a sign-on bonus and a supportive environment under Enhance Therapies’ family of companies.

The position emphasizes high-quality patient care, collaboration, and ongoing professional development. As a PTA SNF, you will deliver treatments under a licensed PT, assist in selecting appropriate patients for therapy, and ensure compliant documentation.

Qualifications

• Must be a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant in the state of practice.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills are required.
• Associate’s degree from an APTA-accredited PTA program and current licensure are mandatory.

Responsabilités

• Provide physical therapy treatments under the supervision of a licensed PT.
• Identify appropriate patients for therapy and coordinate with the PT for evaluation and referral.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure quality outcomes.
• Maintain documentation to meet regulatory requirements.
• Obtain and verify all physician orders and ensure they are up to date.
