Step Up Rehab is seeking a Licensed Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) to provide skilled therapy services in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) in Naples, FL. The role offers full-time hours, competitive pay, and benefits.

Work within Solaris HealthCare Imperial and Step Up Rehab’s therapy team to help residents regain function and independence with compassionate care. A Florida PTA license is required, with SNF/post-acute experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited PTA program.
• Active Florida PTA license (or license-eligible) required.
• SNF or post-acute experience preferred.
• Net Health knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled PTA-related therapy services to residents in a Skilled Nursing Facility.
