Solaris HealthCare Merritt Island is hiring a Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) for a Skilled Nursing Facility. Work within the in-house therapy program provided by Step Up Rehab to help residents regain function and independence.

Competitive hourly pay of $28–$38 depending on experience, with a $5,000 sign-on bonus, full-time schedule, and comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision, and 401(k) match.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited PTA program.
• Active Florida PTA license (or license-eligible) required.
• SNF or post-acute experience preferred.
• Net Health knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled PTA-related therapy services to SNF residents.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to improve safety and function.
• Develop and follow individual care plans and document progress.
• Assist residents in regaining independence through skilled therapy.
